We endeavour to process and dispatch all online shop orders within 24 hours of confirmation of payment. All online shop orders are shipped via DHL couriers – with exception of orders from our home country, South Africa. These SA orders will be shipped via Postnet and will need to be collected from your nearest Postnet branch.  We will always communicate the tracking number of the parcel to our customers once shipped. Any order will further be confirmed by email. Please allow 5-15 days for delivery. It’s a big, big world and if you are far from a main hub there may be delays. We always retain proof of shipping.

Should the goods become lost or damaged in the shipping system we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price according to the customer’s preference. However, this can only take place after 6 weeks since date of dispatch in the unlikely event of non delivery. In the event of damage to goods we will require a photo/image of the parcel before opening, upon receipt in order to effect a refund. In such cases please contact us - you will find us approachable as we do not want unhappy customers! The Bean People take responsibility for the sale of goods sold on this website, customer service, customer support and dispute resolution.
